The top rack holds virtually nothing with the clearance issues. Other dishwashers with the third rack have a slight dip to allow for spatulas, etc. This one does not. The racks feel flimsy overall and the silverware spacer is a joke. Rip that thing off day one. However, super quiet and cleans well. However, my $150 '03 dishwasher cleaned the same. Average or slightly below.

Washes dishes ok. Dishes are still wet after the heat dry. One thing I hate is the top utensil tray. Nothing fits on the top rack because of it. When I lower the top rack then it is too low and the spinner hits on my silverware on the bottom rack. Wish I would have ordered the dishwasher without the top tray.
