I have had my oven for not quite 2 months. It has more features than I expected, so I have some reading to do with the book. I have been very satisfied with the almost commercial level of heat coming from the burners. I work in a commercial kitchen, so this is a big deal. Convection and regular baking, both even and spot on. Not sure about the warming drawer yet.

Installed in February. Love it. This replaced the gas range that was in our new house. I did not care for the appliances that came standard with home. My son has these appliances in his home also so I knew these are what I wanted

I have had this oven for 3 months now. The oven does take a longer time to heat up but so far everything I cooked in it came out well baked and cooked. What I have a problem with is the front burners do not simmer, even when the flame is set on low, but the biggest problem I have with it is how close the burners are set. I tried cooking tonight with 2 pots and 2 skillets and I had to keep the pots off center so that the skillets could sit centered over the front burners. There is a lot of wasted space and the burners could be set farther or it should only have 4 burners. As for the grates they are very heavy and easily scratch the stainless steel. If I could return it I would.

Love It!! This is our first Major Kitchenaid Appliance! We've always had GE Profile. What an upgrade! Looks gorgeous! The SS doesn't show fingerprints and it's Easy to clean!!

I have the first version of this range. My only complaint is that it is too easy to turn on the burners; they can accidentally be moved to on just by brushing against them. It looks like the newer versions of this range have corrected the problem. So, except for this problem, I give it 5 stars. I love the huge oven and the warming drawer. Better yet is that the oven is ABOVE the warming drawer. Buyers, you want your big oven where you do not need to get to floor level to lift out something big. I love all the setting, my fav being the bread proof setting. This range is great.

I've had the range for about a month and a half. The burners seem to put out too much heat, even the small one in the middle that is supposed to be for melting butter, etc., which makes it hard to slow cook. The chrome also seems to scratch easily..

I bought this product for my parents and they absolutely love it. No complaints whatsoever and they are working their hardest to keep it looking clean. They recently made cookies and said they were phenomenal. They also made a pot roast and raved about it over the phone. They are very pleased with this product.

I have wanted a gas range for a long time, and had to convince my wife. She finally agreed and we bought this model. The only drawback I have is keeping the cooktop looking clean. The stainless steel is hard to keep looking good.

I've never owned such a fancy stove/oven! I've only owned it for a coupe of months but I really love how it's accuracy at maintaining specific temperatures and doesn't heat up my kitchen like my old oven did. It's stylish appearance and ease of cleaning is a real plus also.

I bought this stove this month and it was delivered 3 days ago. It looks beautiful in my kitchen and I love the features. However there is one major flaw and that is the warming drawer/slow cooker. It does not fit plus it is crocked. One side is higher than the other. The gasket does not touch the stove, so it cant completely close, therefore cannot hold heat. This reduces it to a storage drawer. The oven works great but I've only used it once since it got here. Since I had to buy it sight unseen this is what came. It is too bad there are none on the floors. I would recommend it to a friend with reservations.

Bought a kitchen load of appliances a month ago from the local appliance dealer. I have owned Maytag, Tappan and other brands, but this one so stylish and easy to use. They have come a long way in stoves and Kitchen Aid has nailed it.

Certainly is pretty! Easy to clean grates. I like the steam heat. Haven't used the convection yet, as I need to read up on it. I like the matching features with my new frig and dishwasher. I hope we are friends for years to come!

Purchased as part of a builders new home upgrade, an expensive mistake.Top is difficult to clean. Grate is so heavy & rough, it scratches stainless. Oven is the worse, especially because I am an experienced, frequent baker. Even though I had it serviced & adjusted, heat is very uneven. Baked goods turn out poorly Aqua Clean works poorly & requires lots of scrubbing. Retired Foods Teacher

I've had this range for about 2 months now and wish the stove top was easier to clean. The grates are heavy and cumbersome to remove. The warming drawer is filmsy and cheap feeling. I do really like the slide out rack in the oven. I am perlexed about how to use the convection vs easy convec and I can't find information in the owners manual on this feature. The biggest issue is when do I use convection! There is no detailed information in the owners manual for convection. I spent extra to have true convection and I'm still confused. Any advice is appreciated.

So many nice features. The slide out oven rack is a breeze. Kitchenaid should offer this rack in all of their ranges, really nice. The warming drive is convenient for families on the go. As this is my first convection oven, I was a little apprehensive about my Christmas baking, but all of my cookies turned out great. As mentioned in other reviews, the stove top grates are a little heavy. Smaller individual grates would have been a little easier to handle, especially for an older person. Something to keep in mind if you have arthritis in your hands/fingers. Kitchenaid may want to consider offering that option on future models.

Not crazy about the two large grates, wish it had been broken down to three grates. Quite cumbersome for quick clean-up. Also stove top doesn't clean up very easily. Only had this a couple of months and am already seeing burnt on spots that won't clean up and I'm a person that stays on top of cleaning.

Oven is only 3 months old, won't light or heat up; have to turn off and retry severalties.. but the gas is flowing.. house smells of gas.. loves and kitchen aid taking turns passing off the responsibility.. I specifically LOOKED FOR A KITCHEN AID product based on my experience with my KA fridge.. Can't say enough about how I am disappointed.. and looking forward to a long relationship with repairs.. I was already asked for a credit card deposit to come and fix a BRAND NEW OVEN!!! Now lets talk about how the 5th burner skillet can't be kept on the stove as the teapot won't fit with it on.. but it is so heavy, it is a pain to constantly move or put away.. the 5th burner is a waste if it can't be used while the other burners are in use. leave the stove with 4 burners..

"AquaLift" doesn't work

So much for technology. I spent two hours this morning, trying to clean my new oven. I ran the AquaLift function three times, scrubbing after each one, and my oven STILL isn't clean. Personally, I would much, much rather have an old-fashioned self-cleaning oven that burns off residue at high heat -- even if that means that the range cannot be digital. I don't need digital -- I need an oven that works, and I don't want to have to spend two hours with my head in it scrubbing just because I roasted some chicken quarters that splattered. If I could take this thing back and get a non-digital model with a true self-cleaning feature, I would!

I am disappointed in the design of the top of this range. The grates scratch the top and it is difficult to clean the top of the stove as it is two large pieces that lock together. I would prefer 4 separate grates. Also the temperature setting is not accurate to actual temperature.

The new stove arrived last week. Love the more modern look of it. The features are also great, like the warming drawer, the easy slide oven shelf and the steam clean. It will wonderful to use on holidays when so much cooking gets done. The higher BTU's on stove top makes cooking faster. Great choice.

The regular bake on this oven is off, things don't get done. The regular broil on this stove lights then shuts off. The convection cooking works great. The grates are very heavy and the burners are hard to keep clean. I have to call Kitchenaide for repair.

We have had this unit a week; the door is tilted and repairman has no idea why; missing steam rack and the worst is when the oven is in use the exterior of the oven door gets too hot to touch as do the control knobs for the stove; as a father of young children this is unacceptable. I just bought all new appliances and I am regretting my decision.

I bought this about 8 months ago. The directions for cleaning the top, caps, and grates are very hard to understand. It is very hard to keep clean even as infrequently as I use the stove. Scratched the top around the burner trying to get a small amount of brown off the top. The cleaners that they say to use only shine the stainless but do not clean grease and grease that turns brown. The manual says to clean the grates with a cleaner or with soap. When I called the 800 number, I was told not to use soap so they are not getting clean. Plus the stainless and caps are stained from something like tomato sauce which can not be changed.

So happy with this stove, and slow cook warming drawer. Works beautifully. Greatly appreciated service after having a problem with the warming drawer after unpacked was uneven. Kitchenaid sent a repairman and he fixed in 5 minutes. Great job.

We purchased this range six months ago, love the features, but the stainless steel cooktop scratches with even the mildest cleaner and microfiber cloths. Called customer service, they're sending out new cleaner and polish, but the finish is not covered by the mfr warranty. Beware!

I bought this oven at the end of 2015 and I am very undecided. Oven works great but the exterior gets way too hot!!!!!! The panel around the burner knobs gets hot enough to fry an egg!!! Maybe I much more critical cause I am the father of an infant! All it takes is a split second/ way too HOT!!!!!
