Absolutely terrible oven.. can't cook a pizza in it... I already told the Mrs. that I was going to haul it to the dump! DO NOT PLAN ON BAKING IN THE OVEN! Very inefficient oven... cold on lower shelf, burning on the middle shelf... So tired of eating the top off of pizzas and throwing the crust out... cookies either burned or partially not cooked... the convection isn't all it is cut out to be... have to keep turning the item you are cooking to get an even cook... We are forever done with Mayrag...

My new range is absolutely wonderful! My old stove came with my house, it looked like it was made in the 1950's. A few things did not work at all, somethings were iffy. My new Maytag is terrific. When I set the oven temperature, it is accurate. The burners heat up very quickly. And the warming burner is such a great feature, I can leave food on the stove, it stays nice and warm, and I haven't had any problems with food burning in the bottom of the pan.

QUIET CONVECTION !!!

We bought this range a few months back and are pleased with it overall. The convection fan is extremely quiet, although I do not notice any difference in the times for cooking items between the regular oven and the convection oven, so perhaps the fan is quiet because it is not really working? Not sure if this is normal but it is what it is.... The black glass top seems to change color and show marks and scratches no matter how careful we are. The range elements all work efficiently. The water oven cleaning does not work very efficiently, but we did not really expect it to as it IS only water. We have just learned to use it every time we bake anything that creates any smoke immediately after use in order to help it out. Love the interior light, the size of the window, and the beep of the timer if you set it and forget to start it. Love the look and the handles, as well as the stability of the bottom drawer. A recommendation for purchase would be conditional as long as we told the purchaser of these issues. Thank you.

I like my new maytag electric stove. the drawer is too shallow. I use that space for storing lids to my pots and pans and it will only hold a couple of lids. directions in the instruction manual are not model specific. the book just covers everything on every maytag stove. no explanation why all turn on dials are not the same. some indicate turn to the right for high, others you have to turn left and move half way down. makes no sense. hate the cleaner feature with water. my Kenmore you just turned on the clean cycle, the oven door locked and an hour or so later it was done. maytag has you carrying shallow pans of water across the kitchen to put in the bottom of the oven. I would recommend to a friend only after I explained all this.

This was the only white range I fell in love with the options I wanted. I fell in love with the chrome knobs and handles; and big black window. I didn't want a white range that appeared to be a drag white with no character and appeal. It is quite stylish and looks great in my kitchen. I also got the matching microwave. The inside of the range has a large capacity. I am enjoying my new range.

I really like this Maytag range. The oven is large and spacious. The warming burner is a very nice feature. IThe stove top is very easy to keep clean. I would rate this 5 stars except that the oven itself takes a longer time to heat up compared to my old 20+ year old range. Other than that, I am extremely happy with my purchase.

First glass top range I have owned- it's heats everything so fast and temperature control is much more accurate than my old electric coil burners. So easy to clean- I was worried it might be difficult. I really love the convection cooking- so even- browns everything wonderfully.

I bought this as part of a Maytag package to put in our lake home (second home). It doesn't get used a lot but seems to do a good job. My only comment would be it looks rather "clunky" with it's big handles and knobs once installed, but otherwise a nice appliance.

I love that this range does not have much black. The smooth top is black and its back but not the knobs. One of the few that has more stainless steel than black. The oven window is larger than many other ranges that I looked at. This is my second Maytag range...the first stayed at the house I sold...had to get another! Functions and features are excellent for the average cook. Smooth top cleans easily.

This is one of the easiest ovens I've used. Recently did a delayed start, was great to come home to a hot meal with out the wait! Love to look and features as well. The warming station is awesome. We will be happy for many years in our new construction home.
