I have had this range for about a month and all features are as expected. Love the small oven! For two people this is the best feature. The oven heats up quickly and bakes/broils efficiently.

We bought this range to replace an older electric range with traditional coil type burners. We were concerned about the glass cooktop durability, and being able to prevent it from getting scratched and dirty. It is very durable and does not scratch easily. It is also very easy to clean, and even the most stubborn cooked on spills are easily removed using a cleaning kit designed for these types of surfaces; a process that takes no more than 3 minutes, once a month. The double oven is awesome. I recommend to everyone now purchasing a range with two ovens, it is hands down worth the premium.

The buttons are to hard to push to raise and lower oven temperature. My finger gets a bruise and it's nit going to last, the buttons will quit working eventually. Also, the left front burner is almost impossible to adjust the temperature. The convection oven randomly turns the fan on so the heat doesn't circulate properly. Should probably return it but had to buy it online not available in store.

We have only had this range for a little over 2 weeks, but thus far it has performed well. The owner's user instructions information is well written, detailed, and easy to understand. We have used most of the range's features, including the range top cooking & warmer zone burners, timers, handy 24 hour clock mode, both upper & lower baking and lower oven convection roasting. The large 12 inch burner is very useful for larger pans. The glass ceramic cooktop appears to be somewhat durable and well constructed (we ordered the manufacture's recommended cooktop cleaners and they work well). It should be of note that the design of the back of the range makes for a limited area for range placement against the wall due to required space for 220v electrical outlet mounted to wall or floor due to the range's rear side configuration. Overall we are pleased with our purchase so far.

This is my second Maytag double oven electic range

This is my second Maytag electric double oven range. It does not seem to be of the same Quality as my original. When it bakes I often hear creaking as though the walls are thin and are buckling a little with the heat. The upper oven does not heat up as fast as the old stove and the burners seem very slow. I love the convenience of the two ovens especially as we are a 2 person household and we do not need to heat a big oven all of the time. The oven racks are thinner and the grates are farther apart than on the old stove so things tend to fall through the cracks. The controls are not as easy to use as on my 12 year old Gemini. The appearance of the stove Is very nice.

This range is gorgeous and cook magnificently. I have owned for 1.5 months and all works very well. My only complaint would be I wish the company would recommend what pots and pans work best with this stove (fyi not copper) but thanks to the handy dandy internet I got a good set.

Love the updates on this new version! Burners and oven heat up quicker and the ovens are much bigger. Excited that there are no visible burners on the bottom of the oven. It will be so much easier to wipe up spills between cleanings.

In addition to my previous comments, the burners weren't much better. Instead of having something sensible like numbers for the controls, there was one burner control that listed "melt", "high", "medium low", and "power boost" as options. What the check is one supposed to do with that?If this is your idea of a good oven, you can keep it. What a stupid design.

WHEN I PURCHASED THIS NEW ONE BECAUSE MY OLD ONE FINALLY WENT AFTER 15 YEARS, I DIDNT REALIZE UPON RESEARCHING THIS MODEL THAT IT DIDNT HAVE THE TOASTING FEATURE IN THE TOP OVEN AND IT ALSO DIDNT HAVE A NUMERIC KEY PAD. THE NEW MADEL HAS A PLUS MINUS PAD FOR TIMING AND DEGREES. I DONT LIKE SITTING THERE JUST HOLDING THE PLUS BUTTON, ID MUCH RATHER HAVE NUMBERS TO PUNCH IN. BIT THE RANGE TOP IS NICE AND HAD MORE HEATING OPTIONS.

Oven clock and timer is difficult to set. Delay start is impossible to understand. When using both ovens, cannot get upper over to same temperature of lower oven. Biggest complaint is that during cooking water bubbled over onto cooktop and ran over to doors and went between the open ridges in the door. Unable to clean. I took the name Maytag seriously, but I am very disappointed in the product.
