I bought this 5 years ago. According to appliance repair people, it has gone through two motor assemblies in that time. I paid over $500 for this, and I am just livid that, yet again, I am without a dishwasher because of this stupid thing.

We bought the whirlpool W D Ave. 760 in August 2016. In November 2018 it broke in the motherboard went out costing us $300. We paid 650 for it before plus tax. Also the unit does not dry even on the highest setting. I would not recommend this to anyone

Worsted dishwasher we have ever had, doesn't clean proper, now the top shelf won't slide out all the way, gets stuck so can only use have the rack. Hate it hate, Took 2 days to get a hold of their service people. Have to wait for 2 weeks for someone to come out, which hasn't happened yet so not sure what they will do. would not even give it a 1 star, but have to or won't send this reply!!!

Dishwasher is great, bigger than we expected on the inside and does a great on cleaning the dishes. The only thing keeping it from excellent rating is the lack of a rinse cycle other than that it's a great dishwasher!

I loved everything this DW had to offer. From Target clean, Heat Dry, Stainless tub, and sensor wash. Two years after install and regular single family use it slowly stopped working. First Heat dry, then sensor wash, normal wash.. All stopped working. 1-hour wash is spotty at best. The service tech said it was the Master Board and after a call to WP the part was $350-$400 with 3 week shipping time. Disappointed to say the least..

Bought this dishwasher a little over a month ago, So far so good. Only thing to complain is it takes a long time 3-4 hours. My old whirl pool was 2-3 hours but than with this one I get clean dishes.

I bought my Whirlpool dishwasher a few months ago and absolutely love it. It runs so quietly you have to listen to see if it is running, not interrupting kitchen conversation like my old one! It is very spacious and the one hour cycle is very efficient and my dishes are spotless every time. I especially enjoy the wine glass holder which will come in handy with Christmas entertaining season upon us. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new dishwasher.

No complaints about washing but filter removals are very difficult to remove as you have to have the swing arm in bottom just so to remove filters. we had a whirlpool dishwasher a few years ago and fliter removals in that washer were easy this one very hard. Your electrical connection at the bottom is not user friendly actual difficult our other gold dishwasher it was easy you should change back

This is the second Whirlpool Gold dishwasher we have owned. The first one ran flawlessly for 17 years. The new one is even better. It's quiet and our dishes come out clean and dry. The design of the racks allows us to load dishes efficiently and it holds 50% more than the old one. A great buy!

I have had this dishwasher for 2.5 years purchased Dec. 2014 now July 2017. It washes well and is fairly quiet however I have replaced the control board 2 times already. These parts cost about $130 after tax plus labor to replace so in the 2.5 years i've had this dishwasher i've spent 50% of the cost almost on repairs.

I purchased this to replace a Whirlpool dishwasher that was 13-14 years old. This is so much quieter than the other one and it is cleaning much better than the old one. Yes, it does take a long time to go through the cleaning process but that is not a problem in my house. I do one load per day, I will turn it on after dinner and the rest of kitchen is cleaned, Then I settle down to relax in front of the TV or computer and you barely know that it is on. In my opinion, the loudest noise that it makes is the little clicks that I hear when the detergent door opens. Yes, its that quiet. I will recommend this to others.

This replaces a dishwasher I had for ten years and the layout is quite a bit different so I waited to review to allow time to adjust. I chose this dishwasher for the stainless steel tub, foldable prongs, and other things I've grown used to.The main difference that stood out to me was the silverware rack in the front rather than the side. Many times, I just want to put a spoon in the dishwasher and this would save the hassle of rolling out the bottom rack just to do it. It is convenient. However, the silverware rack is much smaller than I'm used to, and between that and the positioning right against the front wall, there's no room to put spatulas, serving spoons, etc in there anymore, so I have to use room laying them flat in the top rack, which seems less efficient and you have to position them to make sure they get clean. Also, even though there is a direct spray on the silverware, spoons don't always get clean like my old dishwasher, I assume because the water can't get it from all sides with this layout.The other annoying thing is that the silverware rack just rests on the bottom drawer, so you have to reach behind it to pull the drawer out. There was a lot of frustration with the silverware falling until we got into the habit. The other option is to attach it to the door but then they all slide out a bit every time you open the door.It's quiet and the features I need, but I'm still deciding if I would have preferred the standard layout.

Bought this dishwasher in May 2017 and used it a couple of times. I dishwasher clean the dishes really good. The flatware, plates, bowls, cups and silver pots comes out dry and shining. The tupperware comes out dry and clean on the sensor cycle but on the one hour cycle it was wet and greasy, The dishwasher is extremely quite.Overall it is a very good dishwasher.

This us smaller than our previous maytag. You can not fit 2 diner plates next to one another. Very small silverware basket that hangs on door. It is very quiet but takes a very long time to to wash. Regular wash dry heat takes 3 hours. Would not but this again.

Very happy with everything about the dishwasher. It is super quiet and cleans very well. My only slight complaint is I'd like for the dishes to be a little more dry, but I've never had a dishwasher that dried dishes very well, so I can't really complain about that. Would totally buy this again.
