I bought my washer & dryer 5/14/2018, there is a sound like something is knocking/ flapping when the barrel turns, there is also a vibration that you can feel when you lay your hand on top of the dryer. I have had the tech out her 2 times but still have it. I have also called in to Ameck and the tech # to report this problem. I feel the dryer sound should be almost silent. What is your opinion ?

I bought this dryer about two weeks ago, very happy with it. My front loading washer has all of the bells and whistles, does a great job. I don't care if the dryer matches, don't care about options on a dryer.I DO care that my dryer has a good sensor, adjustable heat settings and dependability. This dryer fits the bill. Seems solidly built-in the U.S.. Does a better job than gas dryer it replaced.

We bought this dryer out of sheer desperation, after repairing our 25 year old Whirpool three times, it just died. I am not a fan of the new appliances because my friends always seem to have issues with them. But.....I am so happy with this dryer

I've only had this machine for about 2 weeks & I have no children to do laundry for. That being said, I wasn't about to spend big bucks on a dryer when I only do laundry, like, once a week. What I was looking for was a machine with buttons/knobs rather than a digital control board. That's what I got & my clothes dry quickly. The only thing I miss is a quick wrinkle release. It has wrinkle protection for after the clothes are dry, but I don't always wash my dress slacks/shirts every time I wear them, I like to fluff then with a dryer sheet & heat & call it good. This machine does not have that option....no biggie....I just do a 10-minute timed dry

I bought this machine a couple of months ago and I am very happy with it. The temperature knob is quite accurate....so I can be sure my "delicates" will not over heat and shrink my garments. The high temperature is fast.

The dryer is fine. It takes a while to dry towels and jeans but we'll see how that goes since we just installed a completely new vent system for dryer. I've only had the dryer a few weeks so I can't review longevity of the appliance. For the price, it's working just as well as my fancy $700 I just replaced!

Overall, the product works great and is as described, but we were caught off guard when the appliance was delivered with no power cord. I must have missed that this needed to be purchased separately, so we were further delayed in using the dryer until we could get to the store to purchase a cord. Why would an appliance be sold without a power cord?
