Very disappointed, machine uses too little water to get things clean, the load cycles just run longer and longer with the same small amount of dirty water. The machine is also very noisy, the drain cycle is heard all over the house as with the spin cycles. The steam cycle does nothing, I wish I could return it.

I bought this machine 24 months ago. 14 months after purchase the pressure switch went, $200 repair. Now 10 months later the washer is acting up again, the repair guy says its the computer board, $300 part, and then labour. This machine has cost more then its worth. 2 years old I shouldn't have invested the money that I have. I am very annoyed with this purchase.

I've had this a little over a month and I absolutely love it! It holds so much more than my old front loader and with the pedestals it's way easier on my back. I'm very pragmatic and it's not my nature to pamper myself, but I'm so glad I did. I did install myself and once I youtubed what the shipping bolt stuff meant I was good to go. Installation and use was a snap.

Washer is very loud. From the 1st day I ran the washer, it has been loud. When it goes into the different cycles, it clicks BUT it clicks loudly. Water sounds like its gushing through the machine. I will be calling service. If the way this machine runs is normal, i do not recommend it.

I haven't had this machine long but so far I love it. It washes huge loads and gets kids stains & husbands work clothes incredibly clean in half the time of my old top loader.

My previous washer was only 3 years old and died. I needed a smaller washer as I am short and I don't need anything large. All of the washers on the market today seem HUGE. This one is perfect. It actually cleans better than my previous washer also. I am very pleased with this, and now I am hoping my 3 year old dryer will die because I want the matching dryer to this washer. :)

I am generally happy with the machine. I do not know why it says precise dispense as mine just starts adding water and the detergent right away, and really does not sense the clothes.

Bought 2 weeks ago. Machine runs loudly...I will be calling service. The detergent dispenser always leaves excess water in the softener compartment...which, I have to take out and dump the water. Nice size drum, but my 12 year old Whirlpool Washer was larger and the opening is a bit small. Regular cycle runs 47 minutes which I find a bit long....my old washer was 5 minutes shorter.

Just replaced our 15 year old whirlpool duet washer & dryer. The new set has all the bells and whistles and I love the new steam options! We decided to go back with whirlpool because it is a brand we trust! The only thing I don't necessarily like are the tones when turning the appliance on & off but that is easily overlooked.

This is the most I have ever paid for a washer and I am no longer a believer in "you get what you pay for." There is always something wrong when doing a load. Either a SUD error routine, crazy E01-??? codes blinking, or the door is locked after it finishes...for hours!? I have all the troubleshooting pages memorized, but the only way I can complete a load is to unplug it, wait for awhile, and plug it back in and hope the door unlocks. Under warranty, so hopefully it's just a bug and can be fixed. Not a fan of this washer. Dryer is fabulous though!
