This microwave is so quiet it's hard to hear it running. And it cooks a lot faster than my old one. Still learning to not overcook things, because the glass containers get hot. It cleans up quickly as well. I like the interior finish-it's silver. I do wish it had the one touch buttons for minutes (2 for 2 min, 3 for 3 min, etc.)

When it worked!

I'm Worth It 1/31/2018

I was happy with the microwave for the 3 years that it worked. I got the dreaded door switch error. Fixed that. 5 days later another door switch failed that took out the main fuse, controller board, display, and more money than it's worth. I'm an engineer and from what I've seen I won't buy another one. Expect this brand to last passed the warranty and no more. I have a house full of this brand and the products fail shortly after the warranty expires. I keep spare parts on hand. Good luck!

The current microwave seems to be performing well, however we have only had it for 2 weeks. The last one we had of the same model last only 13 months before we had issues. It was in for repair 3 times. Each time the repair only lasted for a short time and eventually it would not work. Hopefully, we do not have the same problem with this model. It was necessary to buy this model since the location the microwave is installed requires a zero clearance when opening the door.

Microwave works very well. Heats food quickly and somewhat thoroughly. The auto sensing feature does not work as advertised. The sensing feature must not work very well because the food is often overcooked using this feature. Just revert to using time cooking (like we did with our last microwave) and it works fine.Strong Dislikes:1) The finish cooking beeper is TOO QUIET! Cannot hear it beep over people talking in the area along with other sounds from the kitchen. No feature to increase the volume. The keypad includes other programming options/choices; why not include one for increasing the volume of the finish cooking beeper?2) The finish cooking beeper only chimes once; if you don't hear it you're out of luck. The timer beeper continues to beep every 30 seconds (or so) until it's manually turned off. Why not make the finish cooking beeper repeatable like the timer? Or at least make this feature programmable?3) The light inside the microwave it too dim. Combine the dim light with the dark silver walls and it makes the inside too dark.Funny that Consumer Reports did not mention anything about these three points in their review....Yes I would recommend this to a friend noting the three above points.3-star rating because the microwave is nothing special
