Best refrigerator we have ever had!

We've had this refrigerator only for about four days that we absolutely love it! For those saying that it is loud, they must have gotten a lemon, because ours is the quietest refrigerator that we've ever had. Tons of room, far more than a side-by-side and as well, the ice is the best ice. It's white ice so it last longer, not to mention the size of the cubes or large. We have never ever, in 40 years, had a good icemaker as this one! We opted to not get the ice/water dispenser, cause it's always a mess and we are so glad we went this route. Absolutely LOVE! Nothing to complain about!

The compressor burnt out in a year and a half. Just out of warranty. A new compressor costs as much as a new fridge. What a waste. We also discovered that what was delivered as new when we bought it was missing screws and the panel in the back was bent. The repair man said it had been worked on. Thoroughly check your appliances.

We bought this refrigerator a few months ago and love this style. It was hard to find one with the interior water dispenser and French doors. We did get a ding in one of the doors when shipped and have been waiting on a replacement for a few months now. We would have liked the option to purchase one that was more resistant to stains and smudges. Overall though, it is a great refrigerator and we got a decent deal on it from Whirlpool Insider.

I love the size and features of this refrigerator. Unfortunately, there has been an issue with the doors not closing properly causing ice to form inside the refrigerator. There are only 2 adults in the household and if the doors aren't pushed firmly shut after every use the ice builds up. However, we believe this to be an installment issue. The drawers also don't close properly. But I'd rather double check the drawers and doors than pay for a service person to realign the doors and level the refrigerator. Yet, I'm hesitant to buy another one when I move in a couple of weeks and have to buy a new refrigerator for my new home.

I'm very pleased with my purchase. The fridge looks amazing and is very well constructed.It's also quiet and the ice maker produces ice quickly. Love the inside water dispenser. Definitely well worth the investment. It's a perfect size and all three doors close tightly for a good seal.

I bought this fridge about 3 weeks ago and its the best fridge I have ever owned. Love the large drawer at the bottom with the window on front to see in it. No more bending to get in the fridge only the freezer. Freezer is spacious and handy to with the built in ice maker. Would recommend this to anyone from 1 person to a large family.

We have been using our new fridge for about 3 months now and love it! I was a little worried at first with the amount of room the freezer provided but found with the sliding shelf we have plenty of room. I love the inside water dispenser, no drips on the outside!

The door on the inner drawer is designed poorly. It falls off the pegs with the slightest movement. I have contacted Whirlpool about this via their website but all I have received are spam emails like this one that directed me to leave a review....so poor customer service as well. I would not recommend the purchases or Whirlpool.

This is our second whirpool refrig (1st one stayed with the house when we sold that house). This 25cu. ft refrig has an enormous amount of space. Pros: 1) water dispenser on the interior wall (no more thru door dispenser leaks!) 2) the large drawer that spans the entire width of refrig, 3) not IoT compatible (one less gadet to break, heh). Cons, 1) would prefer the water dispenser to be on the right interior wall instead as opposed to the left interior wall.

Appears to be a good product, drawers seem a little sloppy and weak ... specifically the plastic piece that goes over the larger drawer in bottom of frig. expecting it to break sooner rather than later. defnitely not like my prior GE profile but house already had Whirlpool in it so we bought to stay with the style of the other appliances ... honestly for a high level $500K+ house, the product seems out of its league ... more set for a $200 to 300K house expectation.

We previously has a well known brand that completely went bad in just over two years...this from a bigbox retailer. We just purchased the mew Whirlpool from a small to medium local dealership, of whom we had previously bought many appliances (Direct Appliance, Modesto, CA). The purchase, installation was great. including the Whirlpool French Door with bottom refrigerator. We couldn't be more happy with the unit overall!

2 Years old and Broken shelf AND drawer.

They don't make them like they used to. We bought this fridge 2 years ago for our kitchen. So far one of the shelves on the door has broken twice(I used super glue the first time. Now the bottom center drawer top completely snapped off after my wife opened it. It was catching on the drawers above it due to the way it opens. Plastic interior breaks easily and costs more than other refrigerators just to replace the cheap plastic parts. NOT Satisfied.

We like the big shelves on the doors. The wide drawer is awesome. Easy to clean,glass shelves. Water inside is nice, a little awkward to reach. Makes ice fast. Replaced a nice side by side by whirlpool. This one is a better fit for us.

Lots of room inside. The wide drawer is awesome for our sandwich/ lunch foods. Door shelves hold a lot of different items. We have the water dispenser inside. It's a little awkward to use. You need two hands. Change it to push button with the glass instead of pushing with finger and it would be easier to use. Still, it's a nice feature. We had a side by side whirlpool gold with water and ice in the door. It also was a nice product but we prefer the top fridge by far!

Good price and delivery service. The fridge also looks nice.The water dispenser is clumsy as it requires two hands. The left door does not close nicely if the right door is already closed due to the sealing mechanism getting hung up. The freezer drawers are also just okay. The top drawer tends to get cocked and stops pulling out smoothly.However, overall I would buy it again at the price.

This is fridge, has so far been great, I have noticed that the pull out bottom tray the lid is not attatched well? I'm not sure how it could be fixed? Other than that the fridge works great for us, it is a bit of difference to get used to it! opening french doors, rather than a plain ol fridge!

This refrigerator came with the new home that we purchased. We were impressed with its good looks and how quiet it runs. We've figured out how to use the shelving in the best possible ways, so we do like the adjustable glass shelves and plastic door units that can also be adjusted. It keeps the foods uniformly cold...the freezer is a real workhorse, so it keeps everything frozen very well. The freezer is a bit smaller than what we are used to since the ice unit is enclosed in it, but we don't mind that. We're not big ice people, but it's good to have the ice available when needed. I would say the one thing that motivated us not to give it five stars is the fact that the bottom large tray-type pull-out drawer cover keeps popping off, so that can be annoying at times. We do think it is a beautiful, functionally perfect, eye-catching fridge for us!

After 4 1/2 years with this fridge, it started to lose temperature. Turns out it was a gas leak that cannot be reached! We can now throw this fridge away. Way to go Whirlpool! Are these disposable fridges?

We bought this refrigerator to match the color scheme for our kitchen appliances in preparation for a whole kitchen renovation prior to sale some time next year. We are using this renovation to "try out" a number of innovations in kitchen appliances such as an Induction cook top and the bottom freezer and French doors on this refrigerator. The French doors will be more useful once we get the various shelves organized to the right height and side so that both doors don't have to be opened to access the most commonly sought items. The shelving does allow better viewing of items towards the back of the shelves and puts more items at eye height as well. The bottom freezer that allows more items to be at eye height in the fridge portion also leads to less overall storage space in the freezer, particularly for tall items which run afoul of the slide out upper tray either when you try to pull it out or when you try to close the freezer drawer. I can see why a number of new designs have a second separate freezer drawer replacing the nested one in this design. I like having the temperature controls right up front instead of buried in the back. The full width deli drawer would be better if it was split in two matching the width of the respective French doors so as to not have to open both doors to extract commonly wanted items.
